They deserve to go the way of Sunrocket ASAP. I have never dealt with a fIRM THAT HAS LESS INTEGRITY AND THAT SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. In addition the actual phone service is a definite POS as it rarely works properly and regulary does not work at all. Stay away from this provider at all costs.
